Woah! We're a bit late getting yall info on this, but we have been working on getting the annual meet together. As of right now the things we have nailed down is

-When: 12/06, plan for an all day event starting around 9-10am and potentially running though sunset.

-Where: San Antonio. We're talking with 2 locations at the moment and hoping to get real answers from them soon.
